it all started with this series Dawson's Creek, well i guess im just in my highsbchool days when this was shown here in the Philippines through studio 23. if i got it right or it was my brother who is still in highschool then. i like the series because its just the right mix of romance and family drama. it picture the real deal in American teens. the love of joey to his bestfriend dawson and the troubled pacey who fell inlove with his bestfriend girl. and ofcourse there is Jen the outcast rebel who brings new meaning to the three's lives. then the story got mixed up from season 1-6, dawson fell for his bestfriend joey (it was a dream come through though for her) then she fell for pacey, who also had andy as a girlfriend who has a brother jack (a gay). then they fell for other guys and girl in college until joey ends up with pacey and dawson became a film maker (her ultimate dream). it was messed up! but i have to say the ending is the most realistic i ever seen. it just simply says there are things that are really not meant to be sad but TRUE...
Buffy is my most fave series for all time i watch it with roswell. ok both are sci-fi, the other one is a girl chosen to be a slayer and protect the world from vampire and demons coming out of hell mounth which is placed in sunnydale. then he have on the other hand roswell, 4 teenagaer trying to live as human beings when the truth is they come from the spaceship that crashed New Mexico.
Angel is a spin off of buffy, see angel was a vampire who supposed to kill buffy but then he was able to get back his soul and fell for buffy. i guess the reason why i like this series because i was hooked up with the nagel and buffy romance...when buffy ended as well as wuth the other, Kdramas (korean drama) TWdrama (taiwanese drama) and Jdorama (japanese drama) became a hit...
Meteor Garden, yeah i guess everyone would agree that this was very phenomenal...it was a fresh story that everyone got hooked up with even me...F4 became phenomenal even if we cant understand a single word that they are saying...the way they dress up was copied through out the Philippines and there songs become number 1...it was really unforgettable..
thie korean series took my breathe away...if you are familiar with this you'll get what im saying. a story about a rich boy who gets what he wants even the girl he likes. but then the girl he likes run away to bali Indonesia to be with the poor guy he likes. Rich boy follow his girl and met a korean tourist guide. then they are back in Korea, Rich boy plays around with the poor girl who went back to Korea to find a new job. then poor boy dump the rich girl so rich girl wants the rich boy back but then rich boy doesnt want her anymore. lots of misfortune happens until it ended up with rich boy killing the poor boy and the poor girl he loves who at the end admitted that she loves the rich boy too...whew!!
this are three of the most funny korean drama i ever watched, i got hooked and and i look forward every night to watched this series...its a right combination of laughter,drama and romance...
